    WE JUST IMPLEMENTED MAX TA VALUE=0 in huawei BSC 6000 FOR TESTING, DURING DRIVE TEST CALLS GET STILL THROUGH IN 1KM from site,is any TA parameter to reduce the Border cell coverage.
