SF32 decreased, SF128 (AMR)increased RNC

    Hi All,

    Please help, under 1 RNC, there is PS/R99 payload degradation, and it’s known that RAB SF32 decreased and RAB SF128 increased. I checked in radio basis, seems no difference before and after the issue. I’m working on Huawei Equipment..

    Any suggestion, which parameter I need to check?
