can experts tell me that at what value of PDCH Blocking, user experience starts getting affected?
Means what would be the acceptable level of PDCH_BLK?
Or any other data KPI (except throughput) that is reflective of user experience????
Also as for voice case, we know what does it mean by 2% TCH blocking and 5% TCH blocking, can we have similar analogy in data.
Please help, it is really urgent :S
