Mute calls/ blank calls

    hi all,

    I have issues of mute calls / blank calls( only one side can be heard especially if call is for more than 8 to 10 mins)
    this issue is not confined to a bsc or la.it is random.

    what could be the cause and how to detect this and solve this technically. one thing I know is the SQI will be zero for mute calls in TEMS.

    Nyone pls help

    HI Dinendran,

    Who is your vendor, we are experiencing same thing here, ALU is our vendor and this is happening with TCIF and MT120 default.

    Check TCU (transcoder unit) card if this is happening anywhere.

    Check TRX if this is happening on one particular cell.
