Noise during call

    Hi All,
    We face a unique problem of noise during the call. The noise starts right from answering the call and makes almost impossible to continue. It occurs rarely. We suspect transcoder but unable to identify. Planning for transcoder software upgrade. Ericsson BSC with Huawei MSS.

    Any suggestions to tackle the noise…?
