Hi,
If a person has started a call from one cell and he moved to few other cells and after say 30 minutes he disconnects the call.
The pegging of Erlang will be done on which cell?terminating cell or originating cell.hi,
the erlang are counted from the call establishment until the outgoing handover in the first cell, and from the incoming ho until the call release in the second cell.
