    FACCH IF MS ON TCH
    SDCCH IF MS ON SDCCH
    RESPONSIBLE = BSC

    >> MS on SDCCH??? Basically MS will use SDCCH channel for signalling only (i.e. Location Update).

    My question is, when Handover happening while MS is on SDCCH..?
