Double VLR in MSC (NSN) and paging

    Hi All,

    whats the reason to have 2xVLR ? benefits?

    When calculate PAGING PER LAC, we should SUM of pagings from 2xVLR or only one of them?

    Because if sum, paging per second will be 90/100 for some LACs in your network. which is too high I think?
