Update EXternalGsmCell BSIC/BCCH in rnc

    Hi guys,
    We are implementing a new frequency plan on our Ericsson 2G network.
    As a result I need to update the externalgsmcells BSIC & BCCH in the rnc.

    Anyone who know the moshell commands to action this?
