Hi All,
can anyone let me know why the data is not using 16QAM in Huawei 3G network? it always stays in QPSK. I have allocated 5 codes per UMTS cell, means 15 codes per nodeB. HS-DSCH BLER 1st is higher, does it make difference? NACK rate is also higher.
what happened to the network???
