Kindly explain the state diagram of DRX power measurements in MS !!
In detail: Whenever the channel is released, RR will set DRX parameter flag, which instructs layer 1 to monitor CCCH in particular group calculated. Ofcourse, if the paging group is set to re-org, layer 1 has to monitor all the paging groups. I want to discuss more on DRX and it’s effect on monitoring CCCH/PCCH in Idle and dedicated mode ( GSM/GPRS). Please mention related material (05.08) apart.
