Cell sector not coming up.

    In one particular sector of a cell site, the MS is not able to latch on to the sector. I get “Error in connection” message.I have checked all the parameters. Network is operating on GSM 1800 paltform, with ericsson equipment. Can someone please check out this problem.

    it seems you r not getting any support from Ericsson.

    now i was informed that the problem is solved. can you tell me how it has been solved

    Hi jP,
    You are right. Ericsson support is “pathetic”. However the problem is still not yet solved. Can you tell me what are the possible reasons for this type of problem.
