HUEAWEI UMTS MaxTxPower

Dear All,

Urgently I need the information about the parameter of MaxTxPower in HUAWEI UMTS system. In the document the default parameter is 43 dBm, but we have 40 watt licence so 46 dBm. In this case what will be parameter 43 dBm, 43 dBm or 46 – Feeder & jumper loss?

And if you know how the parameter is used in admission control?
