Sometimes when i delete and re-create the neighbors, improving ho stats asshown on below cases,
A –> B 0 ho attempt
B –> A 1000 attemts %100 failure
(LAC CI BCCH NCC BCC are defined correctly both ways\intra-BSC.)What is the point behind of that improvement when we delete/recreate the neighbors please.
