Terminated vs Created TBFs

    Hi experts!
    hi pix!

    recently i observed that the count of terminated(successfull + unsuccessful) TBFs is either less or greater than successfully terminated TBFs. I was checking this on daily basis and the difference was huge. For 60% of the cases (BSCs) the ‘Established > Terminated’ TBFs and for 40% cases the ‘Terminated > Established’ TBFs cases was present.

    This is in Siemens BSS System.

    Can anyone explain the difference??? I mean the number of terminated TBFs should be very close to established TBFs… :S
