I understand that leased line access offers the best voice quality for my Quintum D3000. How appreciable is the drop in the voice quality if I were to use broadband? What if the broadband has fixed ip address and 2 Mbps bandwidth up and down?

I presume you mean broad band to your local ISP. Can you guarantee his access speed?- he may be aggregating services and have slow inks that you cant see, only suffer the affects.

Also, how many similtaneous conversations are you anticipating, quality will depend upon bandwidth and that can only be determined by knowing your proposed load.
