Pix>> TS unused Ericsson

    Hi all,
    Does anyone could help me to explain why our TS are UNUSED?
    ex: RXOTS-63-0-0 UNUSED
    We suspect the change we’ ve done on parameter IRC=ON and HO power boost activated for all cells.
    How IRC works? and if it is the source of TS unused why?.
    Before (IRC=OFF)we didn’t have any TS unused.
