Data dongles and NMO?

    Hi Experts,
    Just a quick one, the USB data dongles which we get from the operators, are they configured to use NMO2 while doing a Loc upd? NMO2 is combined IMSI/GPRS ATT(if i am not wrong)! Waiting for ur advice.
