regd. pagng from MSC

Hi, In the paging message coming from MSC, the cell identifier list is included which contains the descriminator to tell the type of paging( CGI, LAC based etc) and the cell identifications. So my que is if it is LAC based paging, will MSC include all cells belonging to that LAC in cell identification list or it is upto BSC to find that out and send paging msgs in those cells ?

Is there limit on max cells in a LAC ?
