On a particular cell, we are facing the problem of high SDCCH assignment failure rate. Its value is 25% to 35% usually. can anyone guide me how to work on it?
Hi,
in a cell with very high sdcch assignment failure we changed the ANC, after that the failure was decreased. I don’t understand why changing of anc has improved sdcch success. Any idea?
