Hey i am observing quite a few “clear coommand” messages from the MSS with “Call Control” cause. The distribution is not pretty consistent on all the BSCs (some have less some have more but standard deviation is no that big). last states are mostly “cipher mode complete” or “Assignment request” (but some other states are also observed). the duration is around 14 – 15 seconds. my first suspicion is radio issues on BSS side but then again why dont i receive “clear request” from the bsc for that?
can any one help?
