Converting ANI to Caller ID

We currently are using POT’s lines for a modem bank which deliver caller ID to the modems. We wish to reduce costs by bringing in a LD T1 or PRI and breaking down into individual 23 or 24 analog voice channels which the modems will be connected to. The LD carrier will provide ANI through either the D channel or inband signaling. I need to find a device that will convert ANI into caller ID format delivered between 1 and 2 ring where the modem will recognize it. Does anyone know of such a channel bank?
