RLC and LLC blocks

    Hi Bijoy can you explain the difference b/w these two. Also what we should mesure for the actual throughput?

    Hi Guru
    In simplified terms, RLC Blocks are transmitted on the Air Interface & LLC blocks are transmitted on the Gb Interface.Usually a LLC block is divided into many RLC blocks.

    For actual throughput,LLC throughput should be measured as in RLC blocks,additional headers gets added which marginally increases the throughput.
