    ;)))))))

    …I think I understood what you meant…basically … ๐Ÿ™‚

Difference between *buoy* and *boy* isn’t so obvious like between GRADE and ORDER evaluation (especially after your explanation), but nevertheless … ๐Ÿ™‚

Now we don’t fear neither water, even the deepest, nor waves or storms ๐Ÿ™‚

Thanks a million to you, St.Pix!

    Good night!

    Best regards,
    Lily

    Hello, Pix!

I applied setting you recommended on 34 cells and now, after two weeks of observation, I can sum up some results.

The average decrease of INC_HO_REQ (counters MC820 and MC830 ) is about 12%, of course, it varies from cell to cell.
The min value is 5,5% and max – 19%. Consequently MC541a and MC551 also decreased (differently on different cells). But at last we can squeeze our KPI *TCH_blocking_rate* into limit ๐Ÿ™‚

Once more – many many thanks to you ๐Ÿ™‚

The warmest and sincerest greetings from my colleagues from Kiev (your former trainees), they are so delighted with that training.

    Best regards,
    Lily
