Mirrored disks not redundant simply means that there’s no mirroring of data disk between active and passive node. This normally happens when you either isolate one node from the cluster by issueing this command on the active node fcc_save_to_remove other or there has been an interference on the SCSI bus. if this command has been executed on the active node, then please issue this command to integrate both nodes: fcc_integrate other and the RAID will start rebuilding. Other way will be to check the logical RAID status and if they all have degraded status, you might decide to rebuild them manually by following the OPI: AP fault in ALEX or by power cycling both nodes to rebuild the RAID.
