Im having a hard time finding people to terminte calls in costa rica… however, i have a friend who has a fiberoptic line and serios amont of hardware. Can nyone tell me how I may utilize this person to terminate calls??
I have almost the same question!!
I want to terminate calls in the Netherlands,but I stil donn’t know wich equibments are best(quintum,cisco …). your advice is hightly appriciated.

What exactly do you mean by terminate calls – at a handset level or switch level?
What call volume do you expect?
How many lines do you want to terminate?
What is the interface of the system you will be attaching to, to receive calls?
