    hi all
    thanks advance to help me
    I want know what this mean??
    1-FRL/FRU parameter changes(waht this parameter and what its related between this with CSSR And TCH BL
    2-Change DMAX (what this and what the the relate with “To reduce cell access from fringe areas”)
    3-IHRF Change required(what this and what the relate with “To reduce TCH blocking”)
    4-Change ADCE parameter (what this and what the relate with “To improve HOSR.”

    Hi mesfer,
    FRL is a limit when resources reduced, HR triggers and similarly when the availability of resouces available back then after FRU limit HR triggers back to FR TCH.

    Hi Mesfer
    Basically these are for implementing Dynamic Half Rate,
    FRL – the % when the available TCH is used up, suppose if its 60% and the cell has 2 TRX ie around 13 usable FR TS so when 60% of 13 = around 7 or 8 TCH are in use then BSC will dynamically start converting the FR TS to HR RS. since i am not familiar with your specific vendor there will be another parameter which will specify the holding time of converted HR TS and another parameter to convert them back to FR when congestion gets over
