    route problems

    hello i have some problem with confiuration of parameters of my route
    i wanted to change the DINO parameter from D3 to EMbloc
    but when i do it i get a tonality during all dialing process

    does someone get a solution

    how can i decease THE CCS CONGESTION IN MY TGRP
