TDR BQUL&Sudden E///

hello experts,

in the last few days I have some cells in my network that have a sudden increase in TCH drop rate due to BQUL&Sudden, the HOSR is also goes down.
I had checked the HW and there are no faults, but:
in the day that these faults appeared there was a fault(RX Path Lost in A reciever side)and now it is gone but the Drop still high.

can any one help me.
because my network is dying here.
