    in RNO, are they any Kpi’s related to HO fail due to timer expiry? and how we could perform optimization based on HO Timer Tuning?

    in the same topic what are the RNO indicators that could provide the incoming Inter BSC HO? after a HO audit @ MSC and BSC Level we found that the Values are not correlated!! normally they should be the same.

    Timer expiry is usually understood as a “radio” problem in RNO.
    So check all failures due to “Radio” in the Inc oand Outg Handovers indicators family.

    Inter BSC HO are called “External” handovers in RNO. Easy to spot the right indicators : there are specific families for external HO (inc and outg)
