I have been call by one of our client to provide a cost analysis on the application of PABX and direct line. As you may know that the major different is that the internal call within same PABX is free where any call gone through direct line is charged at certain rate. Some of our assumption on study the paid back period when using PABX is the number of call and duration of the call. However, anyone know there are internal standard for making call traffic assumption for service apartment project. Thank
