A centralized PBX with 3 remote sites.
Each remote site is connected to the PBX via private line and needs to support 15.3 Erlangs.
How many trunks are needed from the PBX to the PSTN to support the 3 remote sites?
Please show the math for your conclusion. And if there is any white paper or detail on this subject that I can refer to.
