Due to Geographical constraints, I have to dedicate a specific set of lines in the switch for this community. I know that for large communities, the number of lines is 10-25% of the number of subscribers. But does that also apply to a case of only 30 subscribers ? In other words, how many lines should I dedicate? 8th May 2002 at 16:32 #34346 http://sukcom.go.163.comGuest 4-7 lines will be fine. 10th May 2002 at 07:27 #34347 nikkyGuest The reply I got was 4-7 lines. Is there a reference for these numbers? 1st August 2002 at 13:03 #34348 Mehmet BeyazGuest Hi Nikky, use the formula below; No. of sub. * 0.25 E/sub = From the result use the Erland B table with P=GoS=0.001 then you get the number of lines. let me know any problems firstname.lastname@example.org Regards Mehmet Beyaz 14th August 2002 at 02:22 #34349 sionhGuest I need document for study Author Posts Viewing 5 posts - 1 through 5 (of 5 total) The forum ‘Telecom Design’ is closed to new topics and replies.
