    Well, no, SFH doesn’t impact the BCCH frequency. Unless your MA list uses frequencies which are adjacent to the BCCH ? (i don’t think so :-))

    Have you changed the combiner yet ?

    I found border sites always down(nt up to mark as compared to other sites).can u plz help me out to improve stats(HO,SD_ASSIGN_FAIL_RATE) of d border sites

    in tems documentation, i read that the adjacent measurement are performed on arfcn +1, +2, or +3 (resp. -1, -2, -3)
    perhaps you’re actually seeing the rxlev of +2 or +3 ?
