we experienced message sending failed but there’s no evidence of possible problems when it comes to KPI’s.. we have low sd drop, sd block and utilization. what could be the possible reason for this.
ooh… if there’s no problem on the BSS side, check the NSS side of the network. there may be a congestion on the VLR’s
