Hello pix and others,
i m a novice in Radio, while studying the about C1 and C2, there i faced the term offsets and penalty time,which i can not really understand what really happens and how it really works how the cell is punished?, can any of you experts give some explaination…i would be greatful to you all.check out this page, it explains everything :
