Hi,
I am working on capacity planning of a voice deployment and looking for some input
Approximately what percentage of calls in a typical voice deployment use supplementary services (call-hold, call-forwarding etc), voice-mail etc.
Is there any scientific papers like the Erlang models on this topic
Appreciate the help
