Prepaid Phone Cards

Who has experience with the prepaid phone cards system (PC based switches!) what are the suppliers especially in Europe?
It works like: You dial a free # you get a message to enter pin code you will hear how many units or minutes left,after you enter the CC you willl hear the excat minute to that country.
Name of companies who sell this phone cards are welcome.
