Traffic Calculation

Hi all,

Can anyone help me to calculate the following:

I need to calculate

1) To how many subscribers we can offer call queue based on the following

A) 3 calls in the queue and average waiting time in queue = 45 seconds
B) 5 calls in the queue and average waiting time in queue = 1 minute
C) 15 calls in the queue and average waiting time in queue = 3 minutes

2) Maximum we can offer 30 Erlangs.
