Hi All,
Presently i am working on nokia systems and i want to know more about ther raw counters like SDDCH Blocking/SDDCH_BLOCKING
Random Access Success Rate, rach_7a/RACH_7A
etc.Can anyone provide me a document with the description of these counters.
