    Hello.
    I have this information and I want to make sure I have the correct info.

    4,285 calls per month
    Avg. 11 minutes per call
    Based on 1% blockage rate &
    18% Busy Hour Factor

    How many circuits do I need?

    Please advice.

    – Do you have busy hour call rate?
    – Erlang B or Poisson?

    Otherwise, I’d say 4285/22 days/ mo = 194/ day

    say 18% peak at BH = 35 BH Calls

    35 * (11/60) min = 6.5 e

    Using Erlang B, you need 9 trunks

    Just looking over this calc. If I use erlang b calc off of this site I came up with 13 lines.
