Blocking 900 GSM Sector

    Hi Guys
    I dont know enough about Telecom as I am quite new to this field.
    Please help me on the following issue.

    On a local NOKIA site, I blocked Sector 3 of GSM 900 cabinet because of which Sector 3 of 1800 DCS cabinet was also not taking calls. I want to ask why it happens so even both sectors have separate cabinets and even Seperate ABIZ?
