    hi,

    so you mean that, in the OMCR, you set a BCCH-frequency to the sector-3. But the sector-3 is not using the new frequency.
    In such case, double-chck your OMCR… there is no reason for a cell not to accept its new frequency !

    There is no way a light will shine blue if you put a red-coloured bulb inside… It is as simple as that.
