How would go about relating 6CCS to
    96 POTS lines?

CCS = amount of traffic that keeps a traffic sensitive facility busy for 100 seconds.

So if I were to relate the two, I would say…that I have too much capacity for the amount of traffic I am introducing.

    Pete,

    Can you qulify the CCC:
    – is it total CCS for all 96 lines?
    – Is it CCS. line
    – Is it Busy Hour CCS?

It sounds like 6 BHCCS per line.
Rathtrer than 6 lines generating 6 BHCCS.

6 BHCCS per line is found in the bsiness enviroment. I see about 2-3 BHCCS per line in suburban areas.

    Also – that would be O+T CCS where O = 63%; T = 37%
