    TRE = hardware board
    TRX = logical view of a TRE at the OMC-R

    a TRX is an element that belongs to a cell (a cell also is a logical view).

    For instance, if a radio engineer detects there is a failure, he will say “when i perform a call on the second TRX of the cell, there is a sudden drop”.
    At OMC-R, the omcr engineer must find which board is associated with TRX #2… it might be, for instance, TRE 5. He will ask the maintenance team : “the TRE 5 is faulty, please change it”.
