When TCH congestion occurs and TCH allocation ocuures
is there a realation between them ???
and ZTE has two counters , they are TCH call attempts and TCH seziure , is i can from these two counters calculate the call complection = TCH seziure/TCH attempts *100
note TCH sezure = TCH attempts -Tch overfolw-TCH/F allocation failures- TCH/F assignment failures-handover request-Number of successful handovers .
plz help me to anlizye the network situation.
