Call Reestablishment Feature

    Hi

    We have Activated the Call reestablishment feature.

    This Feature work very well where the CGR (A link utilization is less than 70%). and DCR (TCH Drop ) reduced by .5%

    But the problem comes with those BSC where CGR( Alink Util is more than 90%) there DCR increases by 3% and the Main reasaon is TCH TR failure ( Transcoder Failure).

    Any suggestion/ observation.
