How it is calculated per BHCA and Per Subscriber ?Rgds
BH ms ?
BH = Busy Hour. It is the hour of the day during which the element you’re looking at (a cell, or a BSC or a network, it depends) is having the highest occupancy of its channel. Basically, the highest traffic.
ms… i don’t know what means “ms”.
The BH is not measured per subscriber, but per “element” (cell, BSC, or network)
