Lucent BTS problem

    Hi,

    I am working on lucent BSS, there is a problem with one Lucent BTS because of which the BTS is not coming up. When i check the alarm it states:
    “BTC_C1_CGB”
    Probable cause:Timing Problem.

    Because of these alarms even the RTs are not coming up.

    Anyone who has worked on Lucnet BSS please help me out.
