06 02 0C 9E 00 00I have 2 alarms on the coling who doesn’t exist in BTS.
I have a ultrasite IBBU. (ultra 222 and energy on cabinet, CCUA+Battery)
1st part =>TRX 222
2nd part => Energy (CCUA + battery)My problem is my 2 cooling fan doesn’t exist because it is energy (CCUA + battery)
My SW is ok, commissioning ok.
Who has the same problem? or the solution?
thx.

GuestThis is alarm, which comes from RBS cabinet, not energy.
You should check all cooling fans at the Ultra cabinet. Also, this alarm can come, if speed of fan is decreased.
Additionaly, this alarm can happens if you load ULTRA-MACRO BTS software into ULTRA-MIDI BTS. MIDI BTS have no some fans, that MACRO have. In this case- you will have fan alarm.

GuestIn “Sector configuration” you can see, that you BTS is configured like MIDI (max 6 TRXs). But in “BB2 – TSx Cross-connection” i see, that maximum configured TRX can be up to 12.
I have no big practice in BTS, cause I am BSC engenier, but I think that is mistake.
Clarify, which type of cabinet you have.
11th January 2007 at 15:47 #46398patrick
GuestMidi BTS is normal because it is divised into 2.
1 part of 6 trx + 1 part of power (battery+rectifier)
Normally, my BTS mustn’t see cooling fan of power part because it is doesn’t exist.

GuestDear Patrick – Dont disturbe urself from the alam address which is:
06 02 01 9E 00 00Its clear that u have a broken cooling fan BEHIND the First Duplixer, replace it.
3rd May 2007 at 10:16 #46400Patrick.fr
GuestI found the solution:
cooling fan are not broken.
If alarm come on the cooling fan 12 (6/2/12) on IBBU BTS ultrasite, the problem is on the CCUA Q1.
CCUA can be 2 adress: 4085 or 4084.
PSM manager => climatic control => FAN.
the CCUA must see 9 cooling fan with the good Q1 adress.
I don’t know explain but CCUA and BOIA are the same Q1 Bus for the climatic control.Problem is over.

Guesthi
there is any option in ultra bts
that cooling fan broken alarm clear by loop only
no need to replace hardware -
